From a personal request of professional guy  Erio was born this oven that took his name.

ERIO  is our largest oven and is perfect for a pizza restaurant since it gives you the possibility to reduce consumption while selling the best product.

It allows you to cook with style and it is designed to ensure the proper thermal resistance.

The large cooking surface (120x120 cm) allows you to cook up to 8 pizzas at a time.

The stainless steel dome allows homogeneous radiation and the refractory cooking surface, with a very high content of alumina, guarantees superior heat resistance.

Thanks to 4 wheels is simple and fast to move inside and outside.

UP Version is a good solution to built inside for all circumstances.

ERIO  is perfect for cooking all dishes in trays of various sizes.
